Dr. Timothy J. Legg

Timothy J. Legg PhD, RN-BC, ARNP, CNHA, MCHES, GNP-BC, CTRS, FACHCA  is an advanced practice registered nurse, board certified in gerontology through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as well as ANCC certified in both psychiatric & mental health nursing and nursing professional development (staff development). He is also licensed and nationally certified as a nursing home administrator and is a fellow of the American College of Health Care Administrators. Additionally, Dr. Legg is a Master Certified as a Health Education Specialist through the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. as well as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist by the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification.

He holds undergraduate degrees in nursing & psychology, a masters degree in nursing education & gerontological nursing as well as a nurse practitioner certificate. His doctoral degree was obtained in 2004 from Touro where he majored in Health sciences with a concentration in education & research. He also holds post-baccalaureate certificates in long-term care and therapeutic recreation, and is currently pursuing a master of science in psychology. 

Dr. Wendy Mason

Wendy Mason, PhD, RN, PMHNP-BC, ARNP is a nationally certified Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner residing on the West Coast in Washington State.  She has 12 years of experience as a PMHNP and adheres to a transdisciplinary approach in practice.  She holds bachelor’s degrees in Women’s Studies and Culture and Nursing, a master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Advanced Practice Nursing and doctoral degree in Transformative Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco.  She completed her Ph.D. in 2010 which culminated in the creation the C.A.R.E. Model for nurse practitioners, nurse educators and nurse practitioner students.  She is currently pursuing the expansion of this model for application to nurse administrators.

 
Wendy’s professional experience includes counseling and psychiatric services in women’s health centers, inpatient and residential psychiatric facilities for children and adolescents, rural mental health clinics and private practice.  She has worked with diverse populations across the lifespan including children and adolescents, inmates in correctional facilities, individuals with Alzheimer's, GLBT consumers and members of varying ethnic, cultural and religious communities, as well as the chronically mental ill. She specializes in working with women who are survivors of physical, sexual, psychological, emotional and spiritual trauma.  Wendy is a member of the National Organization for Nurse Practitioner Faculty and the American Holistic Nurses Association. 




Dr. Sharon Nazarchuk

Sharon A. Nazarchuk PhD, RN, MA, MHA obtained her doctoral and master's degrees in Sociology from State University of New York, her bachelor's degree in Sociology and Masters of Health Care Administration from Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, PA, and her RN from Mercy Hospital, Scranton, PA.  Dr. Nazarchuk has an extensive background in medical/surgical and gerontological nursing as well as in Human Resources.  She is a CPR instructor and holds various memberships in nursing and educational associations.


Mr. Daniel Bubnis

Daniel Bubnis, B.A., A.A. is the office manager for Gerontological and Behavioral Health Consultants. He obtained an associate of arts degree from the Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Marywood University, Scranton, PA. His past experiences include retail management, real estate assessment, as well as the fitness industry.
